Shipping

• The shipping charges are free • We shall deliver your order in 1 to 2 weeks depending on the location to be shipped in India. • In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you. • We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Daminih Arts is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Daminih Arts. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

Returns Policy

• If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it to us in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging, within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. The only exclusions under this money back guarantee are the original shipping costs. • In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. • All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest. • If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at daminihharts@gmail.com and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
